Dr.some Weeks Ago I Had Some Pimles On My Face

Dr.some weeks ago I had some pimles on my face there after came black spots there now I using niltan cream this cream improve my spots to lite..but from pimples have some small hole on my face..how to cure it??can I continue niltan cream it cure my prblms??
