Dry Flaky Skin , Red, Warm, Sensitive To The Touch,

Dry flaky skin , red, warm, sensitive to the touch, all around both ankles. Where dry skin was rubbed off by clothing, sores developed and lymph comes to surface. The sores scab over. I have been using topical antibiotic on clean dressing once a day. Is there anything else I can do? Brenda
