Due To Cancer I Lost My Tongue, Epiglottis, All Lower

Due to cancer I lost my tongue, epiglottis, all lower teeth, the top portion of my voice box and numerous lymph nodes in my head and neck. I can no longer swallow anything more than tiny amounts of thin liquids, and take all water and nutrition via a feed tube in my abdomen. I have an over abundance of saliva and mucous that I cannot swallow and need to be cleared manually (spitting, gargling, swabbing with an oral sponge. Several times a day small amounts of this saliva and mucous drip into my airways and induce coughing.

After such extensive surgery, is it possible to surgically implant an artificial epiglottis that will protect my airways?
