Due To Excess Heat At My Work Area I Have

Due to excess heat at my work area I have infection at my penis and those thighs area. I am using fourderm cream. The infection is decrasing gradually. But the problem is due to excess sweat and head it's seems like a layer of skin has been come out from my testis area. Which pains a lot and I can't even wear pants. So what should I use to keep this place dry and can I use betadine powder for this.
