Due To Swelling In My Ankle My Doctor Told Me

Due to swelling in my ankle my doctor told me to wear compression socks. After a couple weeks my leg started hurting on the outer part from my knee down to my ankle. I quit wearing the socks and it is less constant but still comes and goes. The swelling in my feet isn't awful but I noticed it and thought I should do something about it. I have learned to come home and put my feet up and that seems to help the swelling.
