Due To The Vascoconstrictive Properties Of Amphetamines, Should I Not

Due to the vascoconstrictive properties of amphetamines, should I not take my prescribed adderall ir after my anterior bankart procedure? Doctor is fine with it after I get off pain meds, but I'm looking for another opinion. The blood supply to the labrum is very light, so I'm aware that it's a very slow healing tissue.. how about on adderall? Will the healing be nonexistent on it? Thanks in advance!
