Due To Three Months Delayed Period My Wife Kept Taking

Due to three months delayed period My wife kept taking primolut-n 10 mg for one month as per doctor consultation and -ve blood test. one month after the pregnancy test showing +ve with 1.5 month baby, we are very worried if the pills are going to have an adverse effect on the baby or it can cause any deformities to the fetus appreciate your advice.
