Duexis Has Been Recommended To Me As I Have Pain

Duexis has been recommended to me as I have pain in my ankle and from stenosis of the spine, radiating to my knee. At present I am taking 15 mg. of Meloxicam each morning. It does help but does not last the whole day so Duexis 3x per day was recommended. I have migraine headaches often, IBS and constipation issues. Is this the medicine for me? Am I able to take a second Meloxicam later in the day?
