During A Ski Accident I Took A Spill And Have

During a ski accident i took a spill and have been having headaches for a week and a half. One week ago today i went to see a doctor, who told me to take excedrin. Ingredients show, acetaminophen 250mg, aspirin 250mg and caffeine 65mg. I have been taking 6 of these per day for 7 days, directions show 2 per 6 hours not to exceed 8 in 24hrs. I had a CT scan done as i had other pains in my face as well and wanted to make sure nothing was broken or other damage done. Nothing was revealed through this scan. After one week of taking these pain killers i still have headaches almost as bad as before i started taking them. However they have helped a little. Im curious as to what to do from here as i dont want to be drugged up all the time. I was also told my symptoms should last up to a week.
