During intercourse with my boyfriend we noticed an excess of clear fluid that was water like. This was followed by severe sudden pain in my lower abdomen particularly up my left side. I felt nauseated, breathless and sweaty for ten to fifteen minutes afterwards. Throughout the day I have a dull ache in the same region and some diarrhoea. Could I have possibly burst a cyst? If so what should I do next?
