During Last Three Months, I Have Been Forced To Go

During last three months, I have been forced to go toilet to clear pressure in my bowls whenever I have any type of meal. I am vegetarian and uses very less oil in curries. is it any disease? I am 63. I have diagnosed for type2 diabetes in last ten days. Is my problem associated with diabetes?---srinivas
