During My First Pregnancy, At 3 Month Found No Heartbeat

During my first pregnancy, at 3 month found no heartbeat and undergone d&c as per dr advise. Again after 8 months I got pregnant but no heartbeat found at 9 weeks so dr advised to abort that pregnancy through tablets. May I know the reason please as I feel depressed and scared
