During One And Half Month Stool Is Not Clearing Regularly,it

During one and half month stool is not clearing regularly,it is clearing after 1or 2day.stool is hard and of less quantity but no pain.During last 10 days there is mucus,clearing 2 or3 times with abdominal pain like dycentry.Then I take few dycentry medicine 3 days ago and it is now as the same but dycentry and pain is not present.And bitter taste is coming from my mouth,before or after eating also.What is the problem sir?Please suggest me something.
