During Routine Heath Check Up Of My Mother Doctor Reported

During routine heath check up of my mother doctor reported high blood pressure 195/110. She has consulted doctor (cardiologist) and undergone various tests. Earlier there was no such high BP was observed. No abnormality could reported by doctor. tough she is taking BP control tablet but Bp is still 160 plus. what other possibilities/ remedial action to be taken. Request advise please
