During Sex The Tip Of My Penis Hit Something Inside

During sex the tip of my penis hit something inside of her, since then there is a pain at the tip of my penis, it burns when I pee now, I thought I had a UTI so I took azo pills and drank lots of water which helped with the pain but since I stopped taking them the pain is Worse, my pee hole has been sealing shut and I have to pull it apart before peeing now. What could it Be?
