During Sleep Of Night Time I Have Experienced Of Late

During sleep of night time I have experienced of late tingling in the fingers and a slower heart rate. I feel this when I awake rapidly the heart rate increases rapidly and the blood pressure appears to return to normal reducing the tingling. Is this a low blood pressure symptom and normal? When awake all appears normal.
