During The Day I Have A Headachr And Lightheadedness. It

During the day I have a headachr and lightheadedness. It feels like a common head cold but when I laid down the pressure then got worse and my nose began to crackle. Each time it crackled I felt a sharp pain in my head above/behind my nose. I got up and blew my nose, no thick mucus came out but very thin liquid I would describe in color as bloody urine came out of my nose. I fear it is more than a common head cold.
