During The First Part Of The Year I Had The

During the first part of the year I had the ultrasound tests and the doctor stated 'Let's check this again in a year'. He started asking questions about any signs of tingling, tiring of arms etc and then said, well perhaps we better go ahead and do it. Not certain if the need was there I chose not to do it at the time. Yes, my arm/hands numbs when sleeping on it. I couldn't understand where he was going to put the stint (assuming it is to be put in a specific area of need) and the test not show necessity??? Now, months later and recently I have a tingling in the hands as if they have been asleep and not!! Any input on subject?
