Duriny My Soccer Game About A Month Ago I Was

Duriny my soccer game about a month ago i was going in for a tackle and got kicked very hard in the shin... (My shinguards moved yikes) immediately i fell on the ground and has intense pain up my leg. I still played and seemed to be fine but the swelling has not gone down and the bruise has turned into a hard lump. Some parts of the lump tend to move if i press on it. The lump i also noticed seems to be numb when touched. There is no pain except for when i bump into something i recieve an intense pain up my shin. What should i do?
