ECG showed T inversion at inferior leads with no evolving changes. ECHO showed good EF with RWMA. A myocardial perfusion scan was suggestive of ischemic changes with drop in blood pressure and moderate to severe perfusion defect at mid to basal segment of anteroseptal wall during stress and complete reperfusion at rest
