ELECTRO-DIAGNOSTIC ASSESSMENT The electrophysiological findings may be indicative of a Femoral neuropathy on the right with evidence of axonal loss and chronic denervation with reduced recruitment. There is no active/acute denervation present. There is no evidence of a Peroneal- or Tibial neuropathy as well as no evidence of a sensory fiber neuropathy of the Sural and Superficial Peroneal nerves; therefore, ruling out a coexistent polyneuropathy.
