Each Night I Feel A Restlessness In My Torso/chest That

Each night I feel a restlessness in my torso/chest that keeps me awake, as though I have had too much caffeine.
The only way I seem to feel better is to tense up all my muscles for a few moments.
It feels like a buzzing feeling like bees inside my chest.
Occasionally it lasts throughout the day but usually just at night time.
Any thoughts?
