Each Time I Eat Over The Past 3 Weeks My

Each time I eat over the past 3 weeks my food seems to go right through me. My stool has been watery and bright yellow having the smell of burnt hair. Tonight I was able to eat without it going right through me but have gas that is smelling the same as yellow watery stool did. I am concerned there is a underlying condition that may need attention
