Earlier I Took A Bath And With My Head Underwater

Earlier I took a bath and with my head underwater I breathed in through my mouth and water went in my war and I was in sudden pain. Later on in the day I put peroxide in it and it made me scream. Now, the next day, I tried using an earwax removal kit and it still hurts to put it in. I notice that I cannot hear as well and there is a constant ringing all day that never stops
