Earlier I Was Taking Carbophase G1 Forte In The Morning

Earlier I was taking Carbophase G1 forte in the morning and Glycomet SR 500 in the evening, my sugar level was very good, HBA1C 5.84, afterwards I left carbophase G1 forte and started only Glycomet SR 500 twice a day.

I went for check up recently and observed that my HBA1C is 10.5 and sugar in urine in PP but fasting is OK no sugar in Urine in fasting.

Can you pls suggest.
