Earlier I Sat On My Couch, Drank Some Water. Then

Earlier i sat on my couch, drank some water. Then realized that i felt like water bubbles or air bubbles in my Back like near the kidneys. And now i feel it still in my back but below my left back bone. So basically below the armpit. Could this be something serious?
