Earlier This Morning, Aprx 7.5 Hrs Ago, I Got Hit

Earlier this morning, aprx 7.5 hrs ago, I got hit pretty hard in the head with an iron golf club. Of course I have a pretty bad headache and a goose egg but I keep feeling dizzy and nauseated. I vomited a little bit ago and thought I'd feel better but I dont. Will this pass soon and is there something I could do here at home to help it pass?
