Earlier Today I Began Having This Strange Tightness On The

Earlier today I began having this strange tightness on the left side of my face and my left arm felt strange, sort of weak. When I moved it, however, it didn't seem to be less strong, just sore. That's since passed but my face is still tight. I've heard these can be symptoms of more serious neurological problems like a mini stroke but I don't know if I'm just being paranoid. I think I probably am but I wanted to ask.
