Earlier Today I Felt A Tightness, Almost Cramping In The

Earlier today I felt a tightness, almost cramping in the left side of my neck, it kind of radiated towards the base of my skull and the my lips felt tingly I took an aspirin and the pain went away but I just have felt off all day and tonight I had to take another aspirin Thoughts? I am 56, female take no meds
