Earlier Today I Felt Lightheaded And Faint, And Sweating As

Earlier today I felt lightheaded and faint, and sweating as though I soiled myself. My husband said I mY have though I know beyond a doubt I did not. The blood pressure dropped to 106/61 heart beat 44 then within the hour reached 165/95 heart beat 64 and now 141/75 heart beat 68. I am 69 with personal history and family history of high blood pressure. Both parents and siblings all had heart attacks. Both parents have passed. My mission is not to follow those models.
When I did go to the hospital 5 different times my blood pressure may be as high as 202/104 or something like that. They run tests and send me home because they cannot find anything wrong. Their attitude is better safe than sorry. I didn't go today because I started feeling better and I would have gotten the same report. This later afternoon I continue to feel okay but with a vagueness feeling when I am active.
