Earlier Today I Had A Quick Episode Where My Vision

Earlier today I had a quick episode where my vision was blurry and slight flashing lights with a fuzzy head feeling. It lasted about 20 minutes and then disappeared. I did not have any slurred speech or dizziness. I thought it was because I hadn't eaten all day and so I ate lunch and it did disappear shortly after. Still a bit nauseated 5 hours later but the nausea has been on and off for a couple of weeks after I caught a cold virus.
