Earlier Today I Had About 3 Sharp Pains Under My

Earlier today I had about 3 sharp pains under my left breast. It went away then it happened again tonight
the same exact pain and place.
I am 74 years old in great shape. I exercise every night with stretches and push ups. I might have over done
it last night.
I am worried it might be my heart.
