Earlier today I had severe abdominal cramping. Felt like the worst menstrual cramps in my life--but no period. I did go to the bathroom but the cramps continued. I was cold and sweaty, couldn't decide if I was going to throw up. I didn't. Took a two-hour nap and woke up with cramps gone. I have had hello, some Gatorade and toast. It came on in minutes.
