Earlier Today I Started Having The Urge To Urinate More

Earlier today I started having the urge to urinate more frequently than normal and when I do go to restroom its not a lot of urine but my bladder fells full. It started to become uncomfortable about 1 hour ago, an just now there was a little blood in nmy urine. Can u tell me what this may be?
