Earlier Today I Started To Get Very Congested, But Only

Earlier today I started to get very congested, but only in my left nostril. It came on pretty fast. It's been roughly 7 hours now, and there is a steady drip of a nearly clear, watery fluid coming from that nostril. Breathing through that side is very limited, if possible at all. I took a dose of Adil Cold & Sinus, but it didn't help at all. Right nostril is totally unaffected.
