Earlier Today I Went To A Park And Went On

Earlier today I went to a park and went on one of the rides with my daughter and my husband. I was so scared, dizzy, and I felt discomfort in my stomach. What was very scary when I got off the ride because it was the first time I experienced it, was my fingers got frozen i couldn't move them. It was like involuntary contraction. It lasted probably 10-15 minutes and then slowly my hands return to normal. I want to know what happened to me, if you may enlighten me please.
