Earlier Today In The Mid Afternoon I Bumped My Head

Earlier today in the mid afternoon I bumped my head on a rear view mirror and immediately got a bruise and thought maybe I had a little concussion but showed no signs of one yet except for being tired, although I regained energy pretty quick. I want to know if I can sleep without being checked on and if I'll be fine in the long term
