Earlier Tonight I Had Indigestion. I Burped And A Cloud

Earlier tonight I had indigestion. I burped and a cloud of smoke came out of my mouth, leaving a nasty taste in my mouth and throat. I feel fine now, water took care of the nasty taste, and the indigestion is gone. I was in the hospital last week with cellulitis of the left foot and am on antibiotics for it now. I've been home for 4 days. I'm hoping the cloud of smoke was just of the antibiotic escaping during a burp. Is that possible?
