Elaborate On Laser Hair Removal Treatment

I want to know about laser hair removal treatment. Few of my friends have gone through the treatment. Some says their experience was good however some says they did not get good results, hair comes back after certain period of time. I am palnning to go for it so was just concerned am I investing money at the right place & results are safe & permanent of not?
