Elevated SGOT And SGPT, Normal Bilirubin Level. I Have Infected

Elevated SGOT and SGPT, normal bilirubin level. I have infected with Chicken Pox 1 month ago, followed by severe diarrhea and fever. I took the antibiotic course and nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs for a long time due to fever. I have to severe dehydration now. Does the SGPT or SGOT can be elevated due to dehydration, stress, and medication I took. My doctor told me it is due to dehydration.
