Entered The UAE As Under A Family Visa, Got My

Entered the UAE as under a family visa, got my medical result and was found unfit to stay in the country due to a scar found in my lung to which they say is TB. They took blood tests and sputum but found no evidence of TB. What are the symptoms of TB? Would appreciate if you can help me understand. Thanks
