Ever Since I Had Ear Infection In 2012 I'm Off

Ever since I had ear infection in 2012 I'm off balance, tired out, dizzy no energy. I had a shot of cortisone in my spine back last May which made me feel normal again for 1 day only. I can't see the connection why it made me feel normal for a little while. I've been to Mayo's and several Dr's but no one knows what's wrong. rt
