Ever Since I Tried Lsd I've Been Scared It's Going

Ever since I tried lsd I've been scared it's going to comeback, I don't feel quite normal, my mind feels blank and everything i touch has a numbness or slight tingling sensation, I keep telling myself that I don't want to go to mental hospital or rehab, I did two tabs the first time I did it, was that too much did that permanently effect me?
