Ever Since I Was 9, I Had 2 White Spots

Ever since I was 9, I had 2 white spots on my penis, like white skin under my glans. It's mostly aesthetic and never bothered me.

My real problem is the bruises I have on the tip on my glans, I have 2-3 near the urethra. I had them for nearly 2 years now. They don't hurt that much but just enough to get me worried I may have something real bad. I didn't really try to let them heal, I kept masturbating daily, sometimes up to 3 times a day.
