Ever since I was released from jail on Mon I've had the worse ears nose is infection on top of being weak feeling no energy at all having trouble urinating heading to concentrate just to take a leak and when it comes down to sex my penis will stay hard and go soft quicker than normal and I could go on and on can someone please help me
