Ever Since First Pregnancy 50 Years Ago Have Had A

Ever since first pregnancy 50 years ago have had a pile or piles and occasionally have obviously burst one which has shown up in the stool. Lately the loo bowl has been filled with bright red 'blood' and I have noticed small amounts of jelly like stuff when wiping my bottom! No bleeding at any other time. I do have wind which may contribute to the bleeding when moving my bowels. I sent a sample of my stool not long ago when requested and was advised that they had found nothing wrong. What do you think?
