Ever Since I Got My First Period,my Periods Were Running

Ever since i got my first period,my periods were running late for 7-10 days.last year my problem started i either had extremely long periods or my pwriods would last few day but in small amounts (only in drops) and i found out i had e. coli and thought that was the reason,but i cured that and firat two/three.months they were normal and then again it atarted happening and it turned out i had chlamidia.I had an unprotectwd sex with my bf before we started taking antibiotics,and after sex ans next two days i had bleeding in small amounts (drops),then we atarted taking therapy for 22 day ,3 types of antibiotics and for me also vaginal meds (pills ..not sure what they are called) but after 3 i had to stop cause the were causing pain and bleeding and my dr prescribed me another ones..one of the antibiotics caused a bit of nausea that would last for an hour aftwr taking it also pain in atomach,but it all stopped after i finished taking it.since i havent had normal bleeding for a long time and i am always late and dont have any other symptoms like nausea or dizziness i am confused..my peruod is runing late and i cant even twll for how long since last month i had bleeding two times in drops only so not sure how to measure it and not aure if its tona of stress,meds,chlamidia or maybe i could be pregnant?should i suspwct pregnancy?
