Every 1-1/2 Weeks, Have Throwing Up Followed By Diarrhea Losing

Every 1-1/2 weeks, have throwing up followed by diarrhea losing 3-4 ilbs each time. Down to 118 now. Had series of test no diagnosis. Been taking nexium for several years. Had to go to rehab due to partial hip replacement. Wasn't given medium in rehab but gave me protonix. Never had spells during that time. Can you help?
