Every Evening For The Past 4 Nights I've Had An

Every evening for the past 4 nights I've had an upset stomach. And I get cramps. I eat pretty clean. I haven't changed anything in my diet. I don't know what could be causing this. Usually it happens in the evenings/ during the night I'll wake with it.
