Every Evening For The Past Four Days I Get Cold

Every evening for the past four days I get cold all of a sudden I get into a hot bath, but I don't get warm although my body is boiling I am cold. I battle to sleep because of constant pain in my legs. Can't eat because everything makes me nauseous. In the morning I feel better. It only happens at night.
